MAC | Discontinued Products: Time to Cry

Those of you who frequent the Chopping Block section in MAC Chat are sadly aware of the fact that MAC is discontinuing a good amount of products at the moment. We decided to do this little Public Service Announcement for the rest of you to break the bad news. Here's a a few of the pro and regular items being axed in case you want to stock up. Here are some of the highlights (or really, the low lights, of the cuts):

For starters, about half of the Slimshines and half of the Cremestick Lip Liners are getting the boot.

They are finally killing the Studio Stick Concealer, by DCing the remaining shades: NC20, NC30, NC45, NW20, NW25, NW45.

If you are a fan of the longtime MAC lipglass in Nico, get it while you can. It's going, going, gone.

Other MAC lip items from the regular line that will be disappearing: Jest LS, Delish LS, Little 6 Lustreglass, BBQ lip liner, Quartz Lip Liner, Cushy White and Plus Luxe Plushglasses.

All of the pro-only eye shadows in pot form are being discontinued. Don't panic, they aren't disappearing. They will still be available in pan form, except Symmetry and Red Violet, which are being removed from the line.

The pro-only shades of blushes are facing the same fate as the shadows. Pot form will be DCd, but pan form will still be around, unless thy name is House Wine or Dirty Plum, as they have been sentenced to death.

Pro pigment in Burnt Burgundy, Clear Sky Blue, Cool Pink, Dusty Coral, French Violet, Nocturnal Plum and Polished Ivory. Their matches in Chromacakes and Paintsticks are slated for imminent demise, as well.
