I accidentally sent her the wrong e/s color (but anyone who has seen both neutral pink and illegal cargo might understand ;)
I realized it the VERY day after I mailed her package. I went straight to the post office, and mailed her the correct color. When I told her about my mix-up, she was COMPLETELY understanding -- noting that "mistakes happen". She was such a pleasure to work with, that I refunded her shipping fee lol.
