Seller disappeared after I paid; filed Paypal complaint and got my money back Hi there, I tried communicating with you several times (PM, email and via Paypal complaint) and there was never any answer. I had file a Paypal complaint to get my money back. My communications were friendly and I always gave you the benefit of the doubt and a chance to explain. I had assumed you left the site and didn't leave feedback, but when I noticed you started selling again I decided it was unfair to other Specktraites not to leave at least neutral feedback noting what happened.

Item arrived in perfect condition but sent 2 wks late w/ no communication You are right that the package arriving safely is what matters most. I would have never given you neutral feedback if I would have know that the mail was returned to you. I understand that things happen and I am more than understanding of that. I just wish that it was communicated. I realize that you have had to go to doctors appointments and the holidays but like I said I would have been more than understanding with a heads up. So I reshipped it, and 2 others on December 7th. I was unavailable as to send a notification, being home for the holidays with no internet connection close at all just for the time off. Arriving safely is what matters.

Item received, but 2 weeks after I was told it shipped w/ no communication. There was a shipping error with all 3 packages I sent the first day, marked "Missent Mail." So I reshipped them...for your package alone cost over TWICE what you paid me for shipping. I am pregnant, and was home for the holidays so at the time of the postal error, I was not near an internet connection. I responded to your first email, but you kept PMing me during the time away from a computer when I already told you it was obviously delayed. Apologies from the postal service, but THANKS for the great rating. Things happen...hope you enjoy your product.

Item received, but 2 weeks after I was told it shipped w/ no communication. I understand delays and things coming up but I was told the package shipped on Nov. 23rd, and received no responses to my PM on Dec 4 and my email on Dec 9th. Received the package on the 10th postmarked Dec 7th. A response just saying you were delayed was all I needed.
