There is a definite excitement in the air as Los Angeles Fashion Week kicks off on Sunday March 9th. Smashbox and Mercedes Benz join forces to put on the event, and right now I am on a shuttle watching volunteers rush around in their white shirts,. In front of me is a chattering group of makeup artists dressed in their requisite black, grabbing a quick bite to eat and discussing the events they will be participating in. Jamie and I, along with the white shirted volunteers and black clad makeup artists, are all headed over to Smashbox studios to begin the kickoff event du Jour, Kelly Nishimoto for Imasu @ Fashion Week.
