When you list the responsibilities on your resume, tie in those that you feel prepare you for this job; think about what you've learned at your previous retail jobs that will translate into MAC world. There is a lot that is universal in retail: comfort and ease in approaching people in order to drive your buisness, being able to suggestive sell, handling customer objections in a way that keeps your customer happy and hopefully saves the sale, reliability, etc...chances are if you've been in retail for a while, you're an old pro at this stuff, just let the interviewer know!
