It's not as simple as looking for foundations with or without Titanium Dioxide. Every single M·A·C foundation either lists Titanium Dioxide explicitly as an ingredient or carries the note "may contain Titanium Dioxide" which depends on the shade. Titanium Dioxide has uses both as a sunblock and a colouring pigment which makes it an attractive ingredient for cosmetics manufacturers.

While Studio Fix can sometimes "white out" with a flash, Full Coverage and Face & Body don't even though they both contain Titanium Dioxide too.
