I just found a mineral foundation without titanium dioxide. I've never used anything from this line, but here's the link: http://www.twistedfayte.com/foundations.asp
Apparently they also have "pigments" for eyes, and at not a bad price. I've seen some girls wearing these pigments on FOTDs on MUA, they look really pretty. I really want to try the foundation, seeing as its the only mineral foundation i've come across with no TD, and at 8 dollars! HTH!
