I get dry lids in winter. The best thing for me has been Neosporin, you know the antibiotic ointment?? it's like vasolene, but better because it heals. Just be careful not to get it in your eyes, trust me, that's not fun. it leaves my lids soft and flake-free. you should try it for him!
