I completely agree. Children's behavior has just gotten out of control and it's absolutely revolting anymore. It's so rare that I'll come across a well behaved one.
My parents gave me 2 books on manners & social graces when I was little. I still have them  Plus I also had a southern nanny, so I picked up alot from her as well. (I'm only 26 just for reference)
