I got my MAC from a counter section in a department store and i spent £66.50 on MAC so i asked the MA if i could have a sample nicely and she gave it to me, so yeah you can ask anywhere really.
The department store i went to, it had all the designer makeup clustered into one section but MAC had a room of its own  its so cool
