I have a few favorites, some of which I buy from Japanese cosmetic websites. Here are my top 5 (6 if you count the two tied for first place):
Tied for #1 - Opera Mylash (Japanese) and Max Factor Volume Couture
#2 - Kevyn Aucoin Volumizing
#3 - Imju Fiberwig (Japanese but now available on Sephora's site)
#4 - Lancome Fatale
#5 - Diorshow
