I have been working in Hi-Def now for over a year and what I have discovered is it is mostly about the artistry -- the blending, etc., you really have to pay more attention to detail. I am not so sure that a product will solve the woes of a bad make-up artist. I don't airbrush the face because I hate the fact that the touch-up is close to impossible and on a film "set" touching up with an airbrush is a big no, no. If you can get your actress/actor back in the trailer then great, but most of the time you touch up on set. Wardrobe hates them, hair, etc., so I use all the normal foundation products on the face and save the airbrushing for body make-up. I will probably check out the products listed just to see what I think, but for the most part -- HD isn't that scary.
