GRID lipstick and another random question?

Does anyone know how long ago Grid was discontinued?
I just stumbled across my tube of Grid that I've had for a few years. It's also in a silver lipstick case instead of the black ones that MAC lipsticks are now in. When did MAC have silver lipstick cases?

I believe it was 1996ish that they had the silver tubes. I have a Blade in the silver tube that I bought around that timeframe. I am not sure about the Grid dc date.

Yes, mine is too old skool to use at this point, but I keep it just to look at it every once and a while. A true collector! Or just insane!

Well..mine is still wearable..because when I found it, I put it on just to see if it was still in good shape..and it is. lol.
