Helpp MAC Eyeshadow!!!

So I bought this MAC eyeshadow at a counter a few years ago and im positive its permanent but the sticker off the bottom came off. I must have took it off or something and now I have no idea what its called!!! Can anyone identify this shadow????????????????? Its the one on the very top to the far right!

Could you take a pic of the whole palette so there are more shadows to compare to? And name the few that are around them? It looks like (counterclockwise) Creme de Violet, Da Bling! and Shroom - please confirm!

Also, d'you know what finish it is? It looks like a lustre, maybe a frost... but it'll help narrow down the search!
