Live Chat Had No Idea What Lipstick I Wanted [and then couldn't find it!]

So, I was at a Macy's in Massachusetts yesterday where the counter had more stock than my store here in NYC. I was in Nirvana. I was distracted. So I didn't notice when the MUA forgot to grab one of the lipsticks I wanted. She said it was from a European collection and that they were only one of three counters to carry it. There were three lipsticks, each with a strip of moisture in the middle. I tried a red, but the one I wanted was a *perfect* pink.

I went onto LiveChat today because I couldn't find it on the website. The person thought I wanted a Tinted Lip Conditioner. Um, no. Then she made me wait for two minutes before telling me it's not available online.

So now I guess I have to find a swap somewhere, but ugh I want that l/s so badly!!

To me that sounds like one of the lipsticks from the Nordstrom exclusive collection (Colourforms) over the summer -- maybe Pop Circle?

I think that you are talking about Pop Circle from the Color Forms collection. The MA sounds confused because while yes there was a line of new lipsticks for Europe called Euristocrats ( http://specktra.net/f217/mac-euristo...1/#post1014386 ) none of them had a "core" color. Hope this helps a bit.

Maybe you can call a Nordstrom and ask them if they have any left over at their counters, and if they do, they will ship it ground for you.

Those people at Macy's are confused quite often, Macy's on 34th was selling the leftovers from the Nordstrom collection since before Cult of Cherry was released.
