Viva Glam bounceback??

anyone know what the Viva Glam bounceback is?I placed an orderat Mac.Com and this was added on. Today, i received an email saying that myorder would be delayed due to not having the Viva Glam bounceback to include in it..if anyone knows what this is let me know.thanks

I'm not absolutely *positive,* but I think the "Bounce Back" is a card containing a "free-shipping-with-your-next-online-purchase" code.
There was one in my most recent order.
Why the absence of that would delay shipment is completely beyond me!

thanks..i cant figure out why they would delay it just for a card either..hmm..maybe ishould call them?it just seems so random!

Why it would delay an order makes no sense.

I have an order placed now as well and as far as I know there is no delay. They are very lax about updating your order status on the site, but since you say you received an email I am puzzled.

that's exactly what it is.. they come in all online orders. why on earth they would delay your stuff just for that is a bit silly imho

i got the same message, but it didnt say a delay in my order. it just said the bounce-back (card) was delayed and would ship separately and that if you wanted to canel the order beacuse of it (like it would be stupid to cancel your order just because of a card), to let them know.

Yep. It's the postcard and I rec'd the same message as you a couple of times. Honestly though, it never ended up delaying it. I think it is just a F*** up at MAC's distro facility.

They call the card the "bounce back" as it generally contains a free shipping code. Something to entice you to "bounce back" as a customer and order more. Not very enticing when it complicates your order, eh?
