Guerlain terracotta eye kohl
I just bought one of these babies ( very $) in the new aqua blue colour. It certainly was not easy to apply like the sales woman suggested. She said to put a drop of power in the corner of your eye and blink and it would disperse. I had to actually place the applicator right along my inner eye. However, my friend came over to pick something up and went crazy. She said it looked fantastic. Has anyone else used the powdered kohl........any suggestions for easier application. The product is beautiful once on. I love the aqua colour. It changes shades depending on the light. I am all about the sparkles!

Anyone love their products?
I havent tried anything but the Bronzer, which I love!!!
Im looking into Meteorites, their mondo expensive, and Just wondering if any of y'alls have experience with them, or are they just overrated?
How about anything else? like the KissKiss gloss?

I have Meteorites and I LOVE them,.. I have had those little suckers for more than 5 years (been so long I cant even remember how long)and they are still not very worn down at all, still smell fresh,. and work miracles when I need it! It took me a week or so to really see the difference when I first started wearing them but I think they were worth it. They even skin tone subtely and kinda work like the micronized powders that they had out for the Diana collection. They give you that really soft shimmer. I think I paid $40.00 for them. I keep them in a mini brandy glass so that alll the dust collects in the bottom when I run my brush over them and then when I use it I just run my brush through the stuff at the bottom. If you look in the traincase back at my pic of my collection there you can see the little brandy glass. :-P They will definitely last forever and a day,.......

I have the terracotta aqua blue powdered eye kohl and I love it. Absolutely gorgeous. Expensive, but worth it. My friend bought some of their kiss kiss gloss and I have lemmings for that now too...

Love the meteorites, but mostly because they are so pretty to look at! When I was a young girl they were always advertised in fashion mags and I used to covet them so much!
I've heard good things about their lipglosses and am very curious about their loose eye kohls, but have no personal experience with either.

Thoughts on Guerlain's Divinora Enticing Mascara?
I got one of the Curling waterproof ones in the silver tube for summer (super cute colour - bluish green), and now I'd like to try a Guerlain mascara which is just as awesome, yet not waterproof. It defines lashes very well, lenghtens, curls and doesn't clump, I just find the waterproof one hard to remove ...
Would Enticing fit into this description as well? Any ideas on this one? Anyone tried it yet? Or any thoughts on other non-waterproof Guerlain mascaras?
TIA

I took pics of them but somehow I deleted the pics on my camera
If I remember I'll snap some again when I see her.

Huge Rave for 2 of Guerlain's products!
First their Issima Precious Light Smoothing Iluminator
AMAZING! Looks very natural, provides moisture and does not settle into lines. It even smoothed out my eye area.
I have pink in my skin so I got Rose Enlumineur the Beige Clair was pretty light and the Beige Naturel was too dark and bit light tan looking. The color selection is the only down point about it!
Divinora Bubble Blush
Love it! I got this in Rose Bubble Gum. It's a great "I have rosy glowy cheeks" color. Just a little bit of shimmer. It's not a full on shimmer. Just small tiny bits here and there. Not even noticable when you apply it. The texture is a mousse. This is not like Maybelline's mousse blush. This one is smooth and applies with ease onto my oily skin. It also does not rub off fast and it stays true to color. Totally cute packaging.
I am now tempted by more of their products.
Next I might try their Meteorites Powder For The Face

Second the rec. for bubble blush. I have it in the same color and it is so easy to work with and so flattering on. I love the light mousse texture as well.
I love the Meteorites too. I use the Beige chic, as it works better for my light olive complexion, though a touch more shimmery. Plus I love the floral scent that these give off. Yummy.
Eek, I forgot to mention their bronzing gel as well. I have it in shade 1, a light gold bronze. It is more a cream than a gel, but goes on effortlessly and moisturizes as well. Perfect bronze shade, no ugly orange and to die for.

I tried one of the eyeshadows... No. 84 I think... and I was disappointed in the staying power... it's a little bit betterd with a primer first.. but it's seriously one of the most gorgeous colors ever.

I think I'd try a similar Physician's Formula product before paying for the Meteorites but I love the two KissKiss lipsticks that I own, Folie de Grenat and Poupre Fantasie.

i've tried the PF ones and I didn't care for them but then again I don't care for most of PF's products. JMO
I hear Guerlain's is much better and look more natural. MUA gives them high raves. My cousin raves about some set she got but I'll never get to see as she lives on the other side of the US.
Guess I won't know for sure if I like them until I try them for myself. Since it's bascially a highlighter it'll take sometime before I can talk myself into forking over the dough.

They have a lovely violet scent. I have the PF ones, but never use them. The quality of Guerlains is so much better, that to me, it's worth the splurge. Plus they last forever.
And because of this thread I ended up buying a couple of Kisskiss lippies today too. Guerlain/MAC junkie here.

I have their Kiss Kiss Lipstick in Pink Strass which I use when I want to add nice color to my lips.
I also have their Kiss Kiss Maxi Shine lipstick which is the sheer version of the regular Kiss Kiss lipstick and it has shimmer. I love this! Gives a hint of color which you can build up. The staying power of both lippies are great!
I have tried samplers of Issima Midnight Secret which is a cream/serum you put on your face after a late night out to give your face a well-rested look the following day and Issima Happyology which is a good make up primer. It helps release endorphins which are hormones that we (girls) release when we are happy. Happyology makes me look glowing and blooming. I loooove both!

I received my Guerlain Kiss Kiss Lipstick in "Pretty in Pink" and I love the texture. Soft but with lots of pigment. It feels different than other lipsticks I have used. Very silky compared to other brands and again, that lovely violet scent. The scent is softer in the lipsticks than in the Meteorites powder. Still lovely though.
*off to buy more Kisses*
