Spice Islands is a gorgeous dark taupe color with pink and purple undertones if viewed in sunlight. Looks beautiful with Bermuda Sunrise.

I use it for smokey eyes, or as contour color.

Dries to a powdery finish and looks like a lovely watercolor looking wash. I use the #242 brush from MAC to get an airbrush look with these shadows.

I use Lancome Colour Dose under every single eye product that I use as they protect me from allergic reactions from all products.

this is a taupe color with some slight iridescent to it. Im not too wild about taupe colors, so that is why i wouldnt buy again. I think i have only used it twice since i bought it. Like colorqueen said, it would look lovely for smokey eyes though. if you like taupe, then i would reccomend you buy it. If not. just skip it.

Depending on where i put the color, i use the MAC 242 for applying it on my lid, 252 as a base and the 217 for the crease. Its also waterproof so thats wonderful for me.
