This is for the color xenon.
This powder eye color can be used wet or dry for different effects. This is a great idea only it lacks a few things like good packaging for starters. Unscrew one end and it it looks like a lipgloss wand. You are suppose to stick that end into the color end. First, the wand does not reach the bottom of the color end. Second, when you pull it out powder gets all over the place.
Xenon is a beautiful metallic vibrant baby blue with great pigment that will stay put. You can use it wet or dry. As e/l or e/s.
*Tip you can fit an e/l brush into the color tube. I use MAC #209 When using as in e/s turn the color tube upsidedown and shake for some color to come out. I shake it into the palm of my hand or onto a tissue.
Overall the product is nice but the packaging really makes it hard to use.
