Best Tigi products for before and after flat ironing?
I really wanna try Tigi products especially those for flat ironing, and I'm looking for a product to use it before flat ironing and after for hold and make them look silky and shiny and no frizz at all. But Tigi has many lines: BedHead, Catwalk and S-Factor and I cannot choose so I need your help, I have long, thin wavy and very frizzy hair.

Re: Best Tigi products for before and after flat ironing?
I went to the hairdressers one time and its very professional expensive salon. They use tigi and GHD products and after the woman washed my hair she let it dry abit then sprayed on TIGI bedhead control freak extra straight mousse [i think its called that] and then blow dried my hair.. then once it was dry she applied 'small talk' serum all over the ends then sprayed normal hair spray all over then straightened it. She said hair spray is an amazing product to protect hair from heated appliances and it worked great! i dont use that method all the time though i like to use In the Zone heat protection spray [orange bottle] and its amazing but if i use too much it can make my hair look greasy. you should deffo look for that product you can get it from Sallys beauty and its very cheap. But when i do use the hair spray method i get the same effect and ive never had split ends or frizz from it

Re: Best Tigi products for before and after flat ironing?
TiGi Moisture Maniac shampoo has been the worst shampoo I've tried in my entire life, it ruined my scalp and made it super itchy and flaky. So I would avoid their shampoos and conditioners for one. I like the TiGi Curls Rock Amplifier, but that's it. Honestly, I don't think their products are that great, there are way better lines out there. They rely mostly on their funky packaging to sell their products.

Try L'Oreal Professionel, Redken, Kerastase, Wella System Professional....

This is Untrue. Applying Hairspray prior to heat styling is actually bad for your hair,Its very drying. but there are some products especially made for Before you heat style your hair. I think TiGI makes one but I can't remember the name of it

I agree, I tried "dumb blonde" by Tigi Bedhead, and I was NOT impressed what so ever. so After that I tried Moisture Manic, Not impressed with that one either, the First left my hair feeling worse than before I washed it, the second was extremely drying. I wouldn't recommend their shampoos or conditioners either.

And agreed.
The products mentioned as bad by others are...I've used them.
I don't know, Tigi kinda a hit or miss line. Some products are amazing and some really suck.
Research them on this site: http://www.makeupalley.com
