Changing my hair style!

Alright, this is how i usually have my hair cut, it's plain and it's usually at the same length with the same front bits.
This is the last cut I had, Pretty much the same, except now it's back to the first pictures length.
I usually get talked out of cutting my hair short by the hairdresser so I usually come away thinking, oh... bugger.
Recently my hair's been thinning a lot though, I've been trying to stop it as much as I can and finally it's eased off, but now I have all baby hairs growing!
So I saw this girl on myspace's haircut and I'm thinking of having it cut similar, I'm not too sure about getting my hair coloured now though.
