It does seem a lot of money but its a profesional course and they cost money. If we get sent on training courses from work i think they cost about £1000 for a week so that is reasonable if you think of it in that context. (i don't work in make up but a course run by a professional doesn't matter on the subject)

I think that's a good price for studying beginners Makeup Artistry; I studied Special F/X makeup and it was ALOT more!!

How do you figure it is a lot of money comparable to the amount of money that other people spend for 4+ years of college tuition to follow their dreams?

I live in Canada but I do believe this summer or the next I'm going to go live in London for a few months and take makeup courses! Its gonna look extremely good on a resume, you see, to have studied abroad, especially in one of the fashion capitals of the world...
Also, good thing I have family in London...I can live with them! hahaa more money for makeup then, you see...

M·A·C no longer runs these courses, sadly. You can now get excellent training from the Jemma Kidd Academy
