Re: Photo retouch
My first impression is that the skin is far to blurred out. All the texture is gone, and it looks more like a bodysuit then actual skin...I'm not into that, so its always the first thing i notice

The hair looks good. Nice color, and all the texture is as it should be. The skin would probably look less prominent if you reduced some of the texture in the hair. The contrast between those two are a bit too dominant as it is now.

But that is just my opinion! I see a lot of "over blurred" skin on photo forums, so I guess there are a few who like it this way

Re: Photo retouch
Hi there!!!
As far as the picture is concerned i'd like to know the setting of it and the goal u'd like to achieve through the picture.
The canvas, namely the skin is perfect.
Therefore, there is not enough contour (more shading needed).
The first thing i have noticed when i looked at the picture were the eyes.
The choice of the look is perfect, a natural smoky-eye look.
Neverhteless, they are not even.
The left side (if u look at the picture) it's less define than the right one (the line along the lower lashes).
The lips are perfect.
U could have mixed it with a bit of orange-pink, just to give extra light to the lips and to the face, making the eyes the focus of the look.
The body is perfect (i do like the skin a lot).
U could have used a strobe just to highlight the beauty of it and make it more natural.
The hair is just great, natural and sophisticated at the same time.
What i do not really like is the way she bends and the position of the arms.
It could be slighty out of place (she is such an elegant woman), loosing all the sensuality and elegance she has.
Futhermore, the picture looks a bit unrealistic.
All things considered, it is a very good picture.
Congratulations,
Schwarz

Re: Photo retouch
It definitely looks like a lot of time went into retouching the photo, like the hair, skin, makeup, etc. I thought the enhancements to the makeup were nice, but you get a sense of "fakeness". I kinda liked the original photo as it was.

To each their own
