How can I make a new thread "sticky"
I'm interested in making a new thread of a new brands on teh sub-forums of Cosmetics Forum. How do I make a sticky note in my titles so that my thread will be always at top for people to see? thanks

That's not a feature available to the membership at large, and is normally reserved for moderators and administrators.

oh, shimmer. I see... it's just that i see normal members posting a new topic about a brand, but there are ones that are worth mentioning but aren't there, so i thought it'd be nice if I could have one... besides, that sub-forum is colder compared to some others.
