Printed Postcard images

I printed out a the MAC postcard images onto 4x6 photo paper. I still need to go back and trim the pics because I am going to put them in a frame and hang them in my office at home. I am not done printing the images but here is what I have so far.

Taking a pic of pics is not that easy and some images are not very clear in the photo I took of the pics. Either way I still wanted to share. A few people asked me how they looked printed and I must say I am really happy with it. If you do it at home just make sure you have a good color printer and that you let the pics full dry before touching them. Many of them have heavy black ink work.

Once I get them framed I will post pics.

Nice! I wanted to do something like that too since I know I won't be able to find all the ones I want. Where did you find all the pics (were they good enough quality)? or did you scan them? TIA

I found these frames on the ikea website

they're clip frames so they have no border and they're cheap the 4x6 are $.99 for a pack of 4, and the 5x7 are $2.99 for a pack of 4.

I'm not sure how I want to do the frames yet. Although what you posted would give a nice full wall effect.
I was thinking about using large frames and making a collage in a few frames.

I got the pics off of the Specktra's color stories section and off of Son Risa's site. I just a saved them and printed. A few from the Specktra's color stoies I had to go back sharpen in photoshop.

that's how I frame my postcards Though those clips can be a hassle- they pop out of the backing really easy.

You actually HAVE Skinflickst, and the 2nd Pop Mode, and Denim Dish, and and Lacquor2001sticks, and SnowGirl 2, and Heat 2001 and Cuisine Girl, and and and, Cocktails...and awwwwwwwwwwwwwww I'm having a FIT here!!! I have a lot of cards myself....so what are you missing and how many do you have in total now??????

ah...I see now..your images are printed...not the actual card itself. There are so many hard to find cards..and they are great pieces of art too!

Yup I just printed them out. I am almost done and I will have just about all of the images.
I actually like the ones I printed out more than the cards I have. They have a better quality of color to them.
The printing of them used up all the 4x6 photo paper that I had and the rest of my colored ink so I have to buy more. Once I get it all done and framed I will post the pics.
I am going to put my actual postcards in a frame too.
I am going to put them in big frames so I will have about 5-7 different collages. I was going to do the individual frames the V2lucky posted but the walls in my office all have items on them and I am not sure they look right like that in the room. I am going to have to wait to see once I have them all printed up.

yep--the ink supply company is gonna love you!!!! I printed out the pics from an upcoming collection to bring in to my MAC people..and wow...was that a lot of ink!

but it's pretty!!!!

Where did you find the place to print out all these pics? I would love to print them all out but I don't want to buy the actual poscards because I want to cut up diff. images for a collage thing I want to do. Please let me know the place where you found all these images to print! Thanks
