Can I use my (used) pigments on other people?

I have quite a few pigments that have been used only by me. Obviously I can't sanitize pigments, so is it safe to use these on people besides mysels?

I don't use my pigments straight from the jar so I am unsure... I put a bit in the cap or in a dish then use it that way so I can wipe it clean after ea use and the only portion that is touched is what I actually use.

You should be alright, I would go with Tish's suggestion of separating out the portion that you are going to use in the lid or on a palette; especially if you are going to use it wet. If you plan on using pigments on others from now on use a separate portion even when you use it, HTH!
