I need your help to figure out which (deep) purple e/s would be nice for smokey eyes?

Grape Pigment, Nars swing (cream e/s work great for smoky looks, just don't use nars near the crease!), Dior Midnight, MAC Au Contraire , Satellite Dreams is also nice but it's not a deep deep purple, Shadestick in Royal Hue

Bobbi Brown in Eggplant...its kind of a plummy purple but its hot for a smokey eye

I'm surprised no one's said Plum Dressing - it's not strictly just purple but worth looking into.

Shadowy Lady is a nice deep purple and makes a great smokey eye.

purple is my fave eyeshadow color. i really like the purple buy makeup forever mac's nocturnelle, and bobbi brown's eggplant.

also the allure mag with terri hatcher on the cover has a whole section about the best purple makeup.

if you can get your hands on some mac liesuretime, it makes for an amazing smoky eye :] i've never used nocturnelle, but i know one of my local mac ma's uses it alot for smoky eyes and he always looks fabulous!!
