CG pressed powder vs loose powder-pls clarify difference...
just hauled both cover girl translucent loose powder and covergirl smoothers translucent pressed powder

here's maybe dumb qu. but, can i use them interchangeably? which one do i use to catch p/g fallout under my eyes?

pls help me to differentiate the uses for each of these,,,,TIA

I would think the loose would be better for catching fallout, that way you can easily wisk it away when you're finished.

how do i put a bunch of loose powder on initially, in other words, what brush/technique?
and
which brush to wisk away (i know how to do that )

To put it on, I use a large eyeshadow brush (MAC 227 is great for this). I just really load up the brush with powder, and then pat/gently sweep it under my eyes. Mostly patting though, as you want the powder to just sit there and not blend into or off your skin. For brushing away the powder, I just use a large powder brush. I hold the bristles so that it's more dense, then just sweep away. I know that's a terrible explanation, but if you check out MissChievous's YouTube channel, I know she does this in some of her videos.
