Dark eye w/pale lips

Can someone please do a tutorial of this look for me. I think it's adorable!

OH GOD!! I thought that was you!!! I was thinking, "damn she is really pretty!" LOL!!!

This is not quite a tutorial but I would say that you could use the following:

Nylon - Highlight, Inner 1/3
Print - Allover lid
Carbon - Crease
Blacktrack - Liner & Wetline
I don't know what you'd do for the lips. I'd do something like Gel lipstick with Subculture Liner
