green and purple look recs please!

Hey guys,

I am going on a night out this friday and was wondering what recs people had for a green and purple look on my eyes. i mainly use mac but have some urban decay and dior. also what lip colour would go with greens and purples? because i'd like super bright greens and purples so can i go with bright lips too? or should i play it safe and have neutral lips?

any recs would be great! i usually wear a lid colour, crease colour, highlight and a outer v colour.

Outer V: Humid
Highlight: Shroom

I think you don't need to go for neutral lips
Maybe try something like Midimauve l/s or any mauvy kinda lip Its not a super bright lip but not soo neutral either...

Nothing works the same on everyone,but even if not maybe it inspires,i thought it looked really pretty

Vex on brow bone
Black eyeliner

I love MAC juxt with MAC Stars n rockets. Like green on inner half, purple on outer half, darken crease outer v with black, matte highlight.

You could totally do bright pink lips, or something more neutral.

I LOVE wearing green and purple together! I usually do:

Lid: Bitter packed on with the 239 so it's REALLY vivid.
Crease: Nocturnelle/Top Hat
Inner V: Seedy Pearl

I get so many compliments when I wear this combo!

Purple: Partfait Amour, Beautiful Iris, Seedy Pearl, Shadowy lady

When I wear purple on my eyes, I usually do a pink or nude lip. For green I stick to nudes.

thanks so much! all these combos are awesome! and the best bit is because i'm such a mac addict i pretty much have all the colours mentioned! tonight i shall try them all out and see what looks best!

Also, since you asked, I thought I'd try to be helpful...hehe...so one of my favorite eye looks involves bitter or eye popping on the lid, and passionate as a crease color with pink opal as a highlight. Now, I realize you asked for green and purple, not pink, but I see no reason that you couldn't use a purple that's got more red in it and still get a great look...and you could always use vex as a highlight. And depending on how Stars'n'Rockets comes out on you (it comes out a bit more pink on me), you could do that on the lid with Swimming in the crease...

I think it's Barry M or Collection 2000 who do a peacock coloured eyeshadow which is a really sexy greeny/purple, I've used it before and it was really good. I tried to find a photo of it but couldn't find one anywhere.
