Help with great colors in the whole spectrum. Great red, purple, blue, and green.
I'm trying to really round out my eyeshadow collection and since so many of you have so much knowledge I was hoping you may be able to rec some great colors. So what are the best colors for
Red eyeshadow
Blue eyeshadow
Green eyeshadow
Purple eyeshadow
Teal eyeshadow
Basic neutral
Don't have to be MAC colors (ie I hear MUFE 92 is a great purple).
Thanks so much for your help!

Sorry to everyone for the million posts of this question. My computer just went crazy on me! It was not intentional and I'm really sorry (now to find out if I can delete posts)

Re: Help with great colors in the whole spectrum. Great red, purple, blue, and green.
All of the following is MAC, as that is what I have easy access to and own! I love everything I'm listing.
Red: No perfect, amazing, true reds, of course, but I do enjoy Coppering, Cranberry and the red half of Mi'Lady MES duo. Flammable paint helps to punch up the red factor under any of those.
Blue: Freshwater, Haunting, Plumage, Sea and Sky MES duo
Green: Humid, Juxt, Bio-Green, Bitter, Forest Green pigment, Night Light pigment
Teal: Shimmermoss, Cool Heat, Teal pigment or Gulf Stream
Purple: Violet pigment, Top Hat, Satellite Dreams, Sketch, Illegal Cargo
Neutral: BLANC TYPE!, Grand Entrance, Warming Trend, Sable, Woodwinked, Your Ladyship pigment, Expensive Pink
Other: Knight Divine, Electra, Silver Fog pigment, Smoke and Diamonds, Firespot, Orange Tangent, Sunsplosion, Sweet Sienna pigment, Bright Sunshine, Paradisco, Carbon, Softwash Grey pigment, Smoke Signal pigment
I realize that's a lot, but the colours vary from rich and dark to bright and just... pretty! A few things in there are harder to find (such as the oranges), but they're so fantastic... My favourite quads are Pandamonium and Thunder Eyes, as the colours in those are gorgeous, so you might want to consider looking for them, too.

Re: Help with great colors in the whole spectrum. Great red, purple, blue, and green.
RED: Archetype's Integra's Dog 1 and 2 (shipping time sucks though) One of the prettiest reds I've found but I hear UD has a few great reds too.
BLUE: Moon's Reflection, Deep Truth, Blue Brown, Contrast, Freshwater (MAC) Archetype's Northern Lights and Bettie's Bangs
PURPLE: Satellite Dreams, Parfait Amour, Crystal, and Stars N Rockets (MAC)
GREEN: Humid, Juxt, Forest Green pigment, Brill (MAC, Brill is dc'd)
PINK: Stars N Rockets could be in this category too, Swish, Archetype's Burlesque Revival
HTH!!!
The Archetype colors are BEAUTIFUL but if you don't want to wait 3 weeks or more for your order, I wouldn't use those. I wouldn't say there were any comparable MAC colors b/c Arch. has duo and tri-chrome colors so they are very iridescent and very shimmery.

Re: Help with great colors in the whole spectrum. Great red, purple, blue, and green.
So, i'm not exactly sure how bright your willing to go, but i'm young i'm in love with bright colors. BUT just to tell you I am warning you.
Red: The only really red shadow that's not ridiculously expensive and still pigmented is from Hot Topic they just have it there in a duo with glitter gel (idk it's absoltuely useless) but yeah like 2 bucks I think
Blue: Clarity, Milani Atlantis, CG Bold eyes (or something like that) it's a trio and it has two blue's and a yellow.
Green: Humid, also there's an Almay trio, it has two greens and a purple. I absolutely love it great shadows.
Purple: the L'oreal HIP line had this duo that was yellow and purple I believe the duo is called Flamboyant.. amazing bright purple
And I sadly don't really have any teals =/
Hope I helped. =D
OR ya kno.. you could always go with the RoRo palettes from Coastal Scents.. but i think that takes the fun out of finding colors =D
