Moisturizer to Mix with Foundation to make Tinted Moisturizer?

Which moisturizer do you guys use when you want to mix it with foundation (i use mineral makeup) in order to make a nice tinted moisturizer?

for reference, i have combo skin, which is more oily in the summer and has dry patches on my cheeks in the winter.

I use Peter Thomas Roth Oil Free moisturizer/gel. It's good for all skin types. It's lightweight and it mixes well with my mineral makeup (Laura Mercier). HTH!
