OMG that is totally cute!

I would say Dollymix blush with teddy kohl to make freckles.
You could do really dramatic green eyeshadow, unless you want to look like a doll, there is a thread in the "challenges" section where people did their rendition of a doll there are some cool looks in there too.

How about using a pink/red smokey eye and green eyeliner and make it sort of vine out like a strawberry vine? Not a lot just a little

Also for the eyes-its just an idea but I would *LOVE* and think it is so cute if you had the big fake lashes and a bright pink (Strawberry pink) Lipstick

and for the eyes did something with a green eyeshadow or e/l and line your eyes with it and then extending it out and sort of swirling it then putting a pink stone in the middle of the swirl to be a strawberry
