this is a true blue eye pencil with a silver shine in it. I like it but I don't end up using it a lot, I don't know why...maybe I'm just a teal/aquablue girl...

I love this e/l it's a gorgeous silvery blue very pigmented and lasts ages. So sad it's LE.
