I love this stuff. It is a lime/mint green interference pigment suspended in the silicone base that the foundations are in, but no foundation color added. White in the bottle, the only thing you see when you apply is the shimmer on the skin.

The shimmer is barely perceptible, but does create interest. It is fun for highlighting, and I sometimes use it as a foundation when wearing turquoise, aqua, or lime green just for fun. It blends but yet creates an echo of what I am wearing.

For the faint of heart, you can mix this into regular foundation to get the effect you want.

I like this to have fun with, but probably would not make it a MUST have purchase. I also recommend applying with a 192 face brush. Looks much nicer than using fingers or sponge.
