what i carry in my 'touch-up' makeup bag everyday:

- mac blot powder
- eyeliner (if i'm wearing it that day)
- mascara
- lipglass i'm wearing that day
- lipstick i'm wearing that night
- chapstick
- tweezers (can't stand not leaving home without them!)

if i'll be going out after work and know i won't be able to come home and do touch-ups, i'll usually throw in a blush and 129SE too. if not, then just the above.

The reason I carry so much is because I do most of my MU before I go into work and finish it at my desk. I never would have time to choose colors before I leave my house. Anywayz.....

When I was using non-mac cosmetics, especially drug store cosmetics, I would bring everything with me... eye shadows, foundations, everything.

But as soon as I switched over to MAC I started to realize that the product was of such great quality that it didn't wear off halfway through the day and require a 15 minute bathroom break to fix up.

Now I take...
- Lip gloss (since thats something that usually needs multiple re-applying)
- MAC 182 buffer brush (beautiful brush!!) &
- Blot pressed powder (to help my oily skin.)

i honestly don't carry much at all, just a compact powder (covergirl brand), benefit bluff dust (conceals redness and brightens complexion), eyeliner & a bunch of lipglosses.

Nowadays my makeup bag consists of everything I need to do my eye makeup. I don't have enough time in the morning to do a full face and I can only blowdry/style my hair and put on foundation, powder, blush and gloss. The rest I do in the office. I figured I have more than 30 minutes to spare when I'm at the office. I usually plan out what colors will go with the outfit so my makeup bag (NT pro brush set bag) contains:
- eyelash curler
- mascara
- eyebrow pencil
- clear mascara to set brows
- lipstick of the day
- lipgloss of the day
- black eyeliner
- eyeshadow bases (can be udpp or paintpot or shadesticks)
- fluidline (if needed)
- eyeshadows of the day (i just carry a quad with colors i like, or in pigments in the little jars)
- travel-sized brushes (my new NT Pro brush set! love them all, plus a crease brush by Japonesque, angled brow brush from sephora, angled eyeliner brush by Sonia Kashuk)
- purse-size spray of Bvlgari's Omnia Amethyste (smells lovely!)
