This is what I carry in my MAC medium zebra bag from Summer Trends:

Maybelline Dream Matte powder (I won't cry if it breaks and it has a mirror)
Maybelline liquid concealer
Joe Fresh tinted lip balm
MAC Lollipop Loving l/s
MAC California Dreamin' l/s
MAC Party Mate l/s
MAC Petite Indulgence Cremesheen Glass

O.B. Tampons in a hard case (hate them but they're easy to hide)
Travel toothbrush and mini toothpaste

If I'm not coming home (which doesn't happen anymore now that I'm in a serious relationship and we live together, lol) I will throw in a mini deoderant, a perfume sample, mini mascara, UD's Score blush, 129SE and a couple of makeup wipes in a snack size Ziploc bag. I can skip eyeshadow and liner as long as I have mascara and face/lip stuff (although I could fit a quad in there if I wanted to.)

Why so much? Well when I go to work I like to have a full face in case I actually do decide to work out and have to re do it. I keep Mascara, eyelash curler and a few others in a gym shower kit.

I carry two makeup bags. A big one with essential brushes and a smaller one for by blush brush and cheek products.

I carry all this because I might want to touch up my makeup or if I am running late for work and don't get to do my makeup at home, I can always do a whole look with Vanilla, the paints with embark and a neutral lip and I can go anywhere with that simple look.
