Sara: MAC foundations are great for photography. My personal favorites for bridal makeup are Face and Body (sheer coverage) and Studio Tech Foundation (medium to full coverage). For powder, use a fluffy brush like the #150 and dust Blot Powder sheerly over the foundation.
Sara: You may also want to apply primer before foundation. 1 pump of Prep + Prime Skin helps to create a smooth, longwearing base.
Rosie: yould you recommend using the fix + spray over the top?
Sara: Yes, you can certainly do a mist of Fix+ over foundation to refresh the skin and create a more "real" finish, less powdery, to the skin.
Rosie: what about blush, mineralize or just normal? iv heard the mineralized one can show up weird on camera
Sara: You may want to stick with less shimmery finishes in blush. Try Sheertone Blush or Satin or Matte formulas. Blushbaby, Peachykeen, and Cubic Blushes are great for brides.
Rosie: okay thanks! also which nude lip colours would you reccomend, my sister is an nc20 w/blue eyes and light brown hair, she wants something nude but not washed out
Sara: I recommend Stripdown Lip Pencil, Fresh Brew Lipstick topped with Love Nectar Lustreglass. Also, Shy Girl Lipstick for a more peachy pink nude.
