Sounds very glamorous! I'm excited to see everything in the collection, if it will be worth the pricetag...

blah. It sounds pretty, but I'd so much rather them work on the formulas than make pretty packaging for something I'm going to keep in my traincase. =/

Sounds like Stylistics is this year's MAC Couture collection. They are really trying to make this "high-end" stuff work!

Which collection will be released in a total of 175 locations? The holiday collection w/ the cool designed palette or the fragrance collection?

HTH!
lashtite adhesive is for the individual lash tabs. not for lash strips.

The stylistics collection will include the Air of Style fragrance, and is a couture inspired botique collection released on 11/29 to MAC stores & selected retail partners for a total of 175 locations (and most likely online on the MAC website as well).
The palette pictured earlier in this thread has not been identified and thus we don't know just which collection it belongs to just yet.

MACouture in '06 was really the start of integrating one high-end collection into the launch year. They seem to be continuing the trend with Stylistics.

I'm going to have to get a 2nd job! I promised myself I'd only get a couple of things from the upcoming collections, but now I doubt I can keep that promise to myself.

Oh, wow, if the Stylistics collection is the same quality as Couture, I'm there! I love my lipstick from that. And the lipglass, too.

Re: Antiquitease, Stylistics Holiday '07 Discussion
I've just recently become a MAC addict - made my first purchase in April. I was wondering about the brush sets that come out at Christmas. Do they come out with a number of sets, and are they always the same each year or do they come up with new combos? I just bought a set that came out at my Bay counter MAC store in July. It was a PRO set. I'm just hoping there are new and different ones that I can look forward too!
Also, are the brushes in the sets of lesser quality than the full sized ones? The MA that I bought them from said they were the same except just shorter. Maybe I was mislead on this?

Nope, you are not alone in this. I hate Juicy Couture and that's exactly what the palette reminds me of. Last years Formal Black really hit the spot for me. I was so refined and classy. This stuff just looks a bit on the cheap side. And I'm with you, I can't wait for the charms sets.

the brush sets usually have similar but different combos every time. the brushes in the sets are not nearly as well made as the full size ones. they are not as dense and soft, and some of them are shaped a little differently.
there are a lot of discussions about this, so you can do a board search. here's some discussions in this thread. hth

Re: Antiquitease, Stylistics Holiday '07 Discussion
After viewing miss_emc's thread on Australian Holiday '07 pricing, here, I think it's safe to say the palette featured at the beginning of this thread is apart of the Antiquitease collection.
Also it does appear there will be mini sets featured in a collection called Curiousitease.
There will also be another special edition brush set in a collectors Brush Box.
And a small collection called Richmetal, with a interesting product called Metal-X Eye Cream.
/begins to get excited
