Iman has her own makeup collection and John Galliano does Dior and there is of course Dior makeup so I can't see either of them doing it. I wonder if Bowie would do it since he is married to Iman.
Anyway, I think Bowie would be awesome and I really like the idea of Debbie Harry since she represents a different, more edgey kind of beauty and glamour. Sophia Loren is so beautiful that I think she would be a nice one.
My vote however goes to Joan Jett. Not sure if she's\d be into the icon status since she is still out there rocking out like she's a youngin.
I just think it would be cool to do a more rockin' icon.

I can't! I shouldn't be saying anything as it is!

But I can imagine how some of the people on here will react when the press release goes out or others find out through other means.

I haven't seen the collection, or the visuals for it but I know who it is.

I'll be holding a candle for the Phyllis Diller and Paul Lynde collections I'm sure, but my guess is a possible John Waters connection as well. After the remake of Hairspray, renewed public interest and all?

When I asked a MAC Artist this question, she replied the MAC Icon for this year is MAC's customers. The N Collection is dedicated to bringing out their natural beauty!

thats cuz they dont know any better... not everyone who works for mac knows as much as many people on here. they dont seek any info like everyone on here. they only know what they learn at update and that only happens a couple times a year lol

a MAC customer is not in my thinking... there has to be "somebody" they can play off of.. not "a" customer or customers. Besides the N collection is out and its not an icon. An Icon person is due out and is someone we all recognize. I have seen something that MAY be a replay/update on Ru Paul from long long ago...but I cant be sure. The reason for asking....and hoping someone knew for sure.

Anyone have any new Viva Glam people maybe?????

I would be annoyed if it was Cher, I can't stand her face, I think it's disfigured from too much surgery.
