Re: MAC-Adoring Carmine/Passionately Red/Passions of Red/Little Darling Discussion
I want only the Intriguing Scarlet - Warm Eyes Palette so far.
I remember seeing the Little Darlings:Warm Pigment/Glitter Set (not sure if that is what it is called) but debating over whether to get the Little Darlings: 5 Neutral Lipglass/Lustreglass
As for Adoring Carmine, I'm torn between two brush sets - either the Basic Brushes or Eye Brushes. Any advice?

I just looked at the palettes again and now I am stuck in the same situation.
From what I remember the Little Darlings Warm Pigments look similar to the colors of the eyeshadows in the Warm E/S Palette ( at least in my opinion) , so maybe the Smokey Eye Palette and the Warm Pigments?

Re: MAC-Adoring Carmine/Passionately Red/Passions of Red/Little Darling Discussion
i think im going to get the warm, smokey and cool eyeshadow palettes. I'm skipping out on the lip products because I have not yet gone through one lipstick and since they're cream products they won't last as long as powder products. I have eyeshadows for 4+ years that are still good. I don't think I can say the same for lipsticks and glosses.

Re: MAC-Adoring Carmine/Passionately Red/Passions of Red/Little Darling Discussion
I got to have a sneak peek at these and OMG its heaven!!!
I am wanting:
Both are good for smokey eyes!!!!

GORGEOUS!
and finally...
The pigments we have all seen so I am passing on those b/c I have most of them.
Brushes are the same ol and they are NOT worth buying if you already own MAC brushes. The are stiffer than last years!! :\ i don't care if they have RED HANDLES, so not worth my money.
The glosses are just eh, I am passing on all of them too.

Re: MAC-Adoring Carmine/Passionately Red/Passions of Red/Little Darling Discussion
My counter had the Adoring Carmine lip sets in, and I am in love with the Neutral set. I wish the lipglass was available in a full size! I will get a lot of use out of all 3 of these shades.

Re: MAC-Adoring Carmine/Passionately Red/Passions of Red/Little Darling Discussion
My counter only had the Neutral lips today. I really liked them except that the lighter lipstick looked *super* sheer, as in invisible....maybe it was just the store lighting

Re: MAC-Adoring Carmine/Passionately Red/Passions of Red/Little Darling Discussion
The Rose lips look nice, I don't like the colour of that lipglass though. I'm kinda liking the Red lips, but I'm not sure if I really need any of these...

how bad are they? I just bought a sephora brush similar to #187. every time i use or clean it (with mac brush cleaner), some of the hair shed i'm planning to buy brush set for the first time but if they aren't good i'll just buy the regular one by one.

Re: MAC-Adoring Carmine/Passionately Red/Passions of Red/Little Darling Discussion
For what it's worth, I love the brush set I purchased over the summer (Color Forms). If the Holiday sets are the same quality, then I will definitely be picking at least one up.
I know there are differing opinions on the SE brushes, just sharing mine. ;-)

Re: MAC-Adoring Carmine/Passionately Red/Passions of Red/Little Darling Discussion
I've been wanting to pick up the Face Brush set (cause I don't have #187). If the quality is 'that bad'...maybe I'll pass. If not, then I might just pick it up.
I have mixed feelings for last year's basic brush set. I love the #239 and #219 and the lip brush. But hated the #129 and #266. They are stiff as hell.
Anyone on reviews for the brush sets?

I have a basic brush set from a while back. I only actually like two brushes out of five... the 239 and 219 are lovely. The 129 is a piece of crap (rough and pokey!!! ) and the 266 is too thick to be of much use... unless you need a brow brush? Still not the best though. MUCH prefer my smashbox #12. I find the lip brush to be teeny and annoying.

I can't stand the 194SE or the regular one! It is really rough!

Me too! I love my 187SE from last years holiday brush set. I use it more than my full size 187.
