Gooey thick oozing lip balms smeared all over the tubes and a woman looking choked by a vine. Oh, yes, they can come up with some promo's.
Nevertheless, the products look promising for those interested in these types of items.

Re: MAC - Baby Blooms Discussion
I have so many tendertones I really can't justify buying any lip balms. But these new ones sound intriguing. However I will be interested in Studio Tint. I have been trying the new studio sculpt, since it is supposed to be hydrating, but my skin still looks dry afterwards. So hopefully this new one will do it.

going on the names of the lip products, I would think that these would be sheer, not pigmented

By the time this comes out near me in August I won't really need it any more. MAC really have missed out on somethig here.
I think the timing is perfect!! The Southern Hemisphere will be in Spring, heading into summer so it's perfect for us!! Finally we get a collection that is geared towards our seasons rather than wearing CoC stype lipsticks in 27 degree heat! (kirsch, So Scarlet etc)

Re: MAC - Baby Blooms Discussion
I like the promo pics, tinted moisturizer and lip balms.. I will definitely buy the balms but I'm not sure about moisturizer, my skin doesn't like MAC's skincare products much.

I think I'll buy maybe two of the glosses.
I'm sure some will go to the CCO...

Re: MAC - Baby Blooms Discussion
^^^
I plan on the same. But depending on how sheer either of these products are. Even though it's a tinted moisturizer, I expect at least some coverage, and the same for the gloss. I just don't see the point of any products if it's too sheer.

i squeezed a little info from my trainer today. she has her training samples, but hasnt recieved the technical data yet. she said the TM is very creamy feeling and that it does allow for buildable coverage. fingers crossed its like LM!

Re: MAC - Baby Blooms Discussion
I can't wait for the tinted moisturizer. i'm glad they brought out a replacement for the now discontinued select tint... SPF 15 is good, although I would've have preferred a SPF20-25. Stila has an SPF30 TM!

Re: MAC - Baby Blooms Discussion
Not so impressed but the promo pic with the girl it's seriously AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Seriously Mac why can't you have that promo pics at color collections?????
I haven't been impressed with Mac's collection promo pics for years!!!! I think last time I really liked one was with CultureBloom at 2006, but this one is EVEN better!!!!!
When I saw it at Temptalia's site, I didin't scroll down for a minute I only saw that pic and I thought it was a color collection!!! My heart was beating like crazy, then I saw the collection info and I was soooooooooooo dissapointed!!!

Re: MAC - Baby Blooms Discussion
I really hope these new balms are like tendertones because I absolutely love them...but seeing as these are SPF 20 and tendertones were SPF 12 I just hope these new ones dont have a "sunscreeny" taste or smell

Re: MAC - Baby Blooms Discussion
Very sad to hear Tendertones will not be making a 2009 appearance.
These new "Suntints"? in the squeezy tubes seem to be their replacements.... .
Boring and rather limited color selection really sucks as the Tendertones had so many colors to choose from.
I will try them out in the store. I dont know if I am too keen to try the face tint as I just got the Studio Sculpt foundation and it gets patchy and globby on my skin.

Re: MAC - Baby Blooms Discussion
Yeah I was very p.o'ed also to hear Tendertones were not coming back, these seem hopeful to be their replacement. Methinks they took the popular shades of Tendertones and made them Suntints which is why colors are limited? I hope they still have that classic Strawberry Kiwi scent because I loveeeed that scent. It was just something different besides Vanilla for MAC.
