Re: MAC - Baby Blooms Discussion
I was able to swatch these today and thought I could pass on all of em. They are of course sheer with hardly any color...guess that's how it's supposed to be. I really liked the yellow one bc it had some pretty glitter in it so I preorderd it along with the starflash eyeshadows. The yellow one reminded me of a sheerer Goldyrocks dazzleglass

Re: MAC - Baby Blooms Discussion
I'm looking at Lilt of Lily and Full of Grace still - though I have a feeling Moist Plum will be better suited to my pigmented lips.
I'm way more pumped about the tinted moisturizer than I thought I would be!

Re: MAC - Baby Blooms Discussion
Hmm, wondering if the yellow suntint will look like Tread Gently tendertone on the lips? That tendertone has a good bit of sparkle in it....

medium if you stay nc25. medium dark if you get darker.

Re: MAC - Baby Blooms Discussion
I checked these out today, and only got one, Pink Tinge. I am sort of regretting it already. While it is nice, and I will definately use it, I can't believe that I spent $14.50 for it. The texture reminds me of a slightly thicker lip gelee. It is very silky, not sticky at all. There really isn't much of a taste except for a slight SPF taste. There is pretty much no color. It looks like clear gloss on me. The yellow one looked so pretty on my hand, and when I put it on my lips, just clear gloss with a teeeeny bit of sparkle in the right light. I MUCH prefer my tendertones, but I do really like the squeeze tube. I am kicking myself for spending so much on a squeeze tube.

Re: MAC - Baby Blooms Discussion
Studio Moisture Tint!!! Rocks... Just saying, I bought both Medium and Light, as I mentioned in Love that Look thread.
The Medium is a perfect match right now (I also have NW20 Studio Sculpt) and Light was a touch lighter than I am at present. BUT once fall hits, no more sun and I'll fade fade away into a ghostly shade. and this stuff is nice and light enough for me to wear on days when I don't feel like wearing makeup but don't feel like leaving my face naked.

Re: MAC - Baby Blooms Discussion
I was going to order Full of Grace and the TM with my Starflash shadows, but I can't decide which color TM to get. I've been matched as a NC20 and an NC25 in the past... I have a lot of red in my face, so it's hard for me to tell which is a better match, considering both shades change my from my natural pink color
I think I'm going to just have to go to a counter or my freestanding and try them out. Probably best - then I can try the lippies with this, too. I have SO MANY Beauty Rush lipglosses - and even though those have no SPF, they're sheer and fun and in a squeezy tube, so I'm not sure I need another (especially at 14.50, considering VS Beauty Rush is like.. 3.50)

Hello my love! I miss you too!! Don't cry. I do like them, but not sure if they are really worth the price tag. I love the applicator. I just wish they gave off more color. They are VERY shiny which is great. I will definately use mine, but $14.50 seems like alot of cash for something that looks like clear gloss on me. I don't think you will be disappointed (other than the lack of color). The texture and staying power is great. Just a little pricey, IMO. The tube is pretty small. And I am so head over heels in love with EZ Baby, that some pretty tough competition. I guess I was hoping for a milky pink like that.

Re: MAC - Baby Blooms Discussion
I'm totally interested in the Studio Moisture Tint, but is it just me, or are these pretty expensive? On the Canada site, Studio Sculpt is $33.50 (until the price hike anyways) but the SMT is $38. Am I just going to be paying that much more for a sheerer version of SS?

you have to remember that these are a tinted moisturizer, and not a foundation. moisurizers are more expensive than foundations, so that's where the price difference comes into play.

Re: MAC - Baby Blooms Discussion
I was really underwhelmed by the collection after being SO excited to see it. The Studio Moisture Tint felt greasy-ish on my skin and made me look really shiny. The MA said it sinks into your skin and it really didn't. I bought Full of Grace Suntint and like Audrey, I'm regretting it too. Too much to spend on a squeeze tube and whereas I was fine with the texture, it didn't show up enough for it to be worth what I paid. I'll end up selling it since I hate returning things, I feel bad they'll just get destroyed.
