Oooh, I didn't know this about the SE brushes. I only use those for touch-up (if I need it) throughout the day or for travelling. So the 4 sets I own haven't been washed that much, but when they were washed, the whole brush gets wet. I'll be more careful w/them in the future.
I have no problems w/the full size ones. I wash them everyday and the whole brush gets wet -- no problem with the wooden part, yet (I've owned them for over 2 years!)

Re: Colour Forms Collection Discussion Thread
Awww I want that mini 187!! Too bad I already have mini versions of 3 other brushes in that set... I wish MAC would release another full sized collection like the "Pret a Porter" one from Formal Black. I can totally afford that kind of thing now haha!
The only other things I really want for now are:
Royal Flush pigment
Gilded Green pigment
Naked to the Core lipstick (gotta see a swatch first)
One of the Richmetal highlighters!

Are they really red and midtone green? I saw pics, but the pigments looked very light (especially the green one). And the one that they are describing as red looked more of a coral pink in the photos. Of course, we all know how accurate promo images are.

Re: Colour Forms Collection Discussion Thread
I want all of lipsticks except for Pop Circle. The pearlized cores sound so interesting, like those Revlon lipsticks.. except with the plumping core, there's pearlized cores... wow, they must be beautiful!
naked to the core-creamy soft neutral pink outer w/ sheer beige pearlized core (L)
inner hue-creamy mid-tone coral outter w/ sheer golden peach pearlized core (L)
rose go round-creamy burgandy outer w/ sheer golden pink pearlized core (L)
royal flush-frosty mid-tone red
That sounds absolutely gorgeous! I'm only interested in that pigment...
And maybe in one of the rich-metal highlighters.
And then my wishlist jumps up again and my wallet hates me.

The lipsticks sound fantastic don't they? I just hope that they are really something special, and not that crappy overspray they have been know to use.
What exactly do you use the richmetal highlighters for? All of the ones that have released in the past have actually been highlight shades. Since these have color, are they more like eyeshadows?

here is the a description of the colour form powders.
the colour form powder compact contains 4 shades of this remarkable product arranged in a striking graphic pattern. each shade contains different levels of pearlized pigments. when theses shades are blended together, they immediately add radiance to the skin and add a sunkissed look. this dermatologist-tested formula blends effortlessly and glides onto the skin. colour form powder is non-acnegenic and suitable for all skin types.

I think the lipsticks have an inner core of a pearled color from what it sounds like, and then an outer layer of the main color.
And... the only highlighter I was interested in, was the Rose Bullion one.. which seems like I could use it as a blush... so no... I don't know what I would use the other colors for. It seems kind of the like the Solar Bits thing from Neo Sci-Fi.
