We just broke the news about the Cool Heat collection on the blog today! Check it out here.

So........whatya think?

I am, as always, psyched for the shadows, especially the White Wheat. I know it says working name, but I realllllllly hope it is the same White Wheat released in Inventive Eyes from Naturally Eccentric. That was one of the hotest light shades ever. It pulls a gorgeous, gold-toned off-white on pale completions and a smokin' hot gold colour on darker complexions.

that's what i'm hoping for. i LOVED white wheat, so i really hope this would be similar if not the same. cannot wait for the color descriptions

Like you ladies, I'm excited for the White Wheat too. I missed out on the Inventive quad

I think I may need to put in some overtime at my summer job!! If the promo pic is anything to go by for color generalities, I am going to be in some major trouble with those shadows!! Do I detect some blue ones in there?

Yea, more eye shadows!!!!!! It's been a slow start to the year for me in terms of MAC collections. Now it's finally picking up the pace

Ooh, this sound so promising! The three-part collections don't look like they're going to work for me (of course I might change my mind when it's in front of me). I love the promo and the names for the colors, it makes me think of nights in Havana (not that I've ever been..)

Jeez! I saw the colours and 7 eyeshadows? Two of them Veluxe Pearls? Count me in. I'm definitely going to have a ton of holes in my pockets, that's for sure...all I can do is try and hopefully work a ton and then actually save my money (heh) for this. (that is if I do not buy out every single Evening Aura from Neo Sci-Fi if it is anything like Lancome Candid...)

I'm really looking forward to Cool Heat now. Mostly because of the Slimshines... I really like all the colors. I really like the eyeshadows too. I have to get my hands on Swelter!

Pardon me, but holy hell! I thought I was excited about Naughty Nauticals, but the eyeshadows in this collection blow NN out of the water! GREAT colors and AWESOME finishes! Wowee, MAC sure is on their game with these summer collections! Thank goodness I have Mother's Day, my birthday and wedding anniversary between May-July!

I am so excited, I can't even stand it!
