Okay so I have til March to save up for this collection. I CAN NOT WAIT. But one thing is for sure. I am def going to be going to a MAC store for everything. So i can get a makeover for this collection. I CANNOT WAIT. um I am thinking i might drop at least over 150.00 for this collection more than i never spent on a collection ever before.

Can you guys tell how excited I am?!?!?!?!

Yeah I know, I thought it was Feb. And I asked to verify and I was told its March so like the Heatheretter anniversary one. And Its estimated to be a huge hit. There will be an unveiling party and all.

So far this is what I've been told. Can't wait for update when they finally tell us!!

THROWS UP IN EXCITEMENT!

i have emailed my trainer so i should find out more in the next couple days.... not that she will tell me anything....she usually just says that i will love it but can't say anymore because she is bound by contract to the devil himself, if any of that makes any sense!!! and when she does tell me stuff.... i am sworn to secrecy..... i may have to make another account just so i don't get caught "saying things"

are you people REALLY that scared of what other people might think???.... if i was that scared i doubt i would bother leaving the house in the morning!!!! at the end of the day why don't we all just do what we want to do because YOU want to do it??? makes much more sense to me!!!!

LOL, I am presently carrying a Hello Kitty big plastic compact that I got from my daughter's McDonalds Happy Meal, so A HK MAC compact will totally be a step up

Here in America it is ok to have Hello Kitty when you are older. It's a bit of a cultural icon, but no where near as Barbie. Hello Kitty has been around since the 70s here and my mom and aunts all love Hello Kitty.

I totally agree. Hello Kitty is an icon. And I know a lot of HK stuff is aimed at children, but come on, they have HK vibrators!

Personally, I love the classic sleek look of the regular black MAC packaging. I don't like gimmicky packaging, partially because I like things to match.

Someone can have oodles of self confidence and still not like the idea of pulling a hello kitty compact out of their purse. But it's not like I'd buy it and keep it hidden away in my traincase because I was too scared to pull it out in public. I just wouldn't buy it period, because I try not to spend money on things I don't like.

Like someone said earlier, hopefully there will be some eyeshadows or blushes that I can depot.

Who cares if we dont want to pull it out in public OR if we dont like hello kitty??? I think hello kitty is childish--- other people dont. That's cool. I dont judge other people.. I really dont care who likes WHAT... but i DONT like hello kitty..... and i would be embarassed carying around something I didnt like. I'd also be embarassed to pull out a Cubs compact, a Britney Spears compact, or a star wars compact. I DONT like those things... since when was it "ok" to like something but NOT okay to not like something?? Give me a break- people are allowed to have opinions here... just because Im not freaking out going "omg omg omg omg i cant WAIT for this collection!!!!" doesnt mean I dont get to post in the thread or voice my opinion.

And as Ive said- Im probably going to be eating my words and when we get pictures and swatches i probably WILL be lk "omg omg omg i cant WAIT for this collection" because as ive pointed out before- MAC and their stupid marketing kicks my ass everyyyyyy collection

i think this collection is going to be really fabulous, and i love HK. i have some cute multicolored rhinestone necklaces that i bought at market before with the HK on them. also, if any body wants them, i believe i still have some HK cell phone charms left from when i was trying my hand at selling jewelry. just send me a PM.

I've loved Hello Kitty since I was 3 and I still collect her stuff. I guess I know what I'll be spending my Chinese New Year money on, lol. That was easy.

i was told directly by my MRO that the barbie/fafi anniversary was gonna be huge. he said it was along the lines of cartoon/japanese. so i guess we will just have to wait and see for sure when its coming out.
