It's OK - it's OK not to buy! I've already taken stuff off my holiday list (i.e. brush sets) - besides, all that good stuff coming up in Jan. I am skipping the rest of the collections for 2008 (except for the pigment sets) and focusing on early 2009.

I hate the zipper because it's chunky glitter... and I have absolutely no use for chunky glitter. I might use a dab of a reflects glitter once or twice a season, but that's as far as I go. That's just my personal preference, though.

...and I refuse to get any of these MES because I just know the glitter will invade the coloured portions and infect them. Hmph. Ah, well, my wallet is pleased by this.

I received my goodies yesterday and tried out interview, wow!! This is the best mes that I have tried. The colors are really pigmented and smooth application and I dabbed my finger in the middle and patted the glitter over the shadow and was just a nice hint of glitter. And I am also lovin the stark naked bpb, will be my everday blush

hi! i went to my mac store today and i did my RSS haul...i purchased dangerzone and interview eyeshadows...as well as the stark naked bpb and the 181 brush....

the red in dangerzone looks amazing in the pan..i had the MA try it on me and it was WHOA...she did the really bright red look with the flammable paint underneath and it was a bit much for me...i was wondering those of u that purchased it...how do u plan on wearing it? i don't really know what to do with it and i don't want to keep it just cuz it looks pretty...any ideas would be great!

I received my order today .... stark naked doesn't look like afterdusk??... afterdusk has more of a plum than pink tone to it. Afterdusk also has more of the golden sheen to it too. It's still a great color though...I really want to play with my goodies right now but I need to study for my Organic Chemistry exam!

The only fallout issues I have is with the zipper, but nothing that a little bit of Fix+ can't fix! It's a really gorgeous MES, you wont be disappointed if you get it.

I am going to order a few more things, but Im not sure if I should get miss dynamite or not. Ugh....its between MD and sugarrimmed. Im almost out of sugarrimmed. Miss Dynamite is not looking good in those swatches, yet everyone who has it likes it

Im going to get stark naked and if its too close to gentle, i guess ill try to sell one of them

and i want the rose lips bag and i think that might be it for a little while

I was going to get interview next week but its sold out already! Oh well i deleted the other 2 MES from my bin. I got the 3 with the silver stripe already I'll live without the others, really i'm just waiding into MES world. I'll know once I play with the three I ordered whether I like them and whether they're worth spending money on the next time a collection comes out. I just didn't want to order all 6 without ever even feeling the texture of an MES.. so i bought colors that I thought I would use (well and dangerzone for the red just to HAVE a red shadow lol).

Thank you! I'm so torn between buying a couple of the trios, which I regret NOT buying when I got my holiday presale stuff, and if the pigment sets aren't that great, I might skip them, too. I'm trying to bulk up my bank account for Hello Kitty, because that's going to be the best.

I was starting to feel left out, because I know I can live without the mineral eyeshadow, but I can't live without anything with HK's face on it. It's good to know I'm not the only one (trying) to say no to the mineral eyeshadows.

But I do want them. UGH! Stupid budget

Third it! This was the only one I bought the first time around, and still the only one I was impressed with. I had to stop wearing it all the time because I went through half the tube in about a week.

Miss Dynamite is not worth it at all in my opinion. It's not a very flattering color for the lips. Baby Sparks is one of my favorites... as is sugarrimmed.

Bare Necessity is gorgeous too... hopefully MAC re-releases that next year.

Well RSS has a face chart that I tried. its looks like a smokey look with red in the crease and also a little below the brow. i tried and it was awesome. i used permeditated cream colour base to make it pop even more.

Outspoken was my first MES really-so it's worth it to have at least one!

I like MD but I don't love it. It likes nice OVER other lippes not by itself. It would look hot over a red lippie for sure
I suggest DN & Sugarrrimmed. I don't een use my Gentle anymore b/c I love Stark Naked so much. Its like butter but better. lol

Hey! I don't have flammable paint so I don't know how intense the red showed up on your lids but I have a good idea...lol. I have had Dangerzone sitting in my makeup collection since tuesday and was really excited to use it but didn't know if it would be appropriate to wear to work (bright red eyes) lol..I work at a bank. Anyways today I decided I would try to wear it without making the red to dark. I used beige-ing shadestick underneath and then used the red on the lid and the black on the outer v. It looks great! Not too dark but it definitely shows up. Hopefully that helped!!

I really wanted Interview MES... sniff sniff..now its all sold out on the Canadian site....hmm..is it really worth it to try to do a phone order if they still have it in stores?? I'm not the typical girl that wears blues but the combo looks soo pretty on people...what do you think??
