Red eyeshadow is often... dramatic. It's an intense colour that usually packs a punch, because if you tame it down it can turn pink.
In any event, I'm sure you won't look scary, Susanne! I could see using the silver of Dangerzone across the lid, with the red in the crease and the black as liner for a tamer look than some possibilities. Reds are really good with golds and oranges, too - I LOVE the mi'lady red with heat/element.
