I took a day of vacation from work the day the MAC barbies were released.

This palette sounds so gorgeous. I already have a lot of the colors, but I use palettes more than I use my individual shadows. Easier to grab and go. And I know I use the "intense" holiday palettes with these kinds of bright colors more than anything else, so I don't doubt I'll get tons of use out of this. I just hope nothing gets in my way placing an order online that morning...

This is pathetic. With all due respect, the UK and Canada are the next 2 biggest markets for MAC, yet they are left out of the launch???

IMO there is no 'rational' explanation for this.

I don't see how the smaller European countries get this, but not the UK??

Surely there's an error....what is the rationale??

that really sux... and what sux even more, why can't they simply ship internationally from maccosmetics.com? i mean i live in a country without a mac counter, so i depend on buying mac when going abroad, ebay or from my beloved spectranettes!

oh mac, the pain and pleasure you cause me

and to stay on topic... i totally want the palette since i dont own any colour from it yet, and one of the blushes and lipglases... but again, i can only get them if i manage to persuade one of you to order it for me!

UK girls - if it's any colsolation, I rushed out and purchased a load of stuff from Heatherette and I still haven't used hardly any of it. Sometimes the lure of packaging can make you buy stuff that you don't really use and the only person who gets pleasure from seeing the packaging is you. Looking back, I could have spent that money on new season clothes or a holiday or something!!

Aww hun! At least you can spend the money you would have spent on it on your holiday!

We can live safe in the knowledge that the colours will most likely be re-released in the future and if not there's always ebay! I purchased my dresscamp palette from there!!

. Not happy at all about it not being released in Canada. To think that MAC was established in Canada, yet we get excluded...nope, I'm definitly not a happy camper
