I wished I had gotten the palette when I saw it while browsing the website at work lol, I'm kicking myself now for not buying right away! Oh well

^^ the palette CAN be a little tricky, esp. if you're not looking for a totally psychedelic look! But I LOVE the colors, it was right up my alley, what I've been waiting for for a long time - just bright crazy colors in one palette (even though I already had most of them, hehe)! And now, with Passions of Red, it's back to colors that actually can be worn on a day to day basis, who wants that? lol.

- oh well, I am sure I'll get one of those anyways!

How unfortunate.. But still..we woke up in the wee hours for this damn thing so we should think more than twice about selling it so quick. I spent the majority of my day staring at my palette trying to think of a way to make it work. We mustn't give up so quick!

LOL @ psychedelic look! I love me some bright colors but this palette just might be too psychedelic for me. Ladiessss..inspire me with some of your EOTDs/FOTDs!

I'm tired of the folks offering the palettes for sale for twice what it originally cost them. Anyone have one they're looking to swap or sell that's not outrageously priced?

I finally got my palette today! Woo-hoo! It is gorgeous and I am so happy to have it in my hands after this long and painful wait.

The only problem I have it that my phloof! (EDIT: I meant nylon...all of these collections are starting to run together for me!) eye shadow was all over the place. It isn't broken but it had some side pieces that went every where. It is still gorgeous!

I can't believe I actually am getting Pink Swoon...it came available again for about a minute the other day & I just happened to get lucky. They must have only had like 3 of them lol.

This was released here yesterday! I visit a MAC counter and a MAC store today. At the MAC counter (where I usually buy my MAC), all are sold out except for Kiss Manish and Devil. At the MAC store, Eyes on Manish, Kiss Manish and Pink Swoon are sold out. It is kinda ironic because at the counter, there are special Indian sale assistants who are dressed and wore makeup of Indian theme, but they are just telling customers that most are "sold out".

Anyway, I ended with nothing from MA. Bought Soft & Gentle MSF instead. I found the outer design of the eye palette tacky, but I like Nylon, Going Bananas and Bitter.The two l/g, two l/s and Devil too bright for me. Pink Swoon is perm so it is ok. I have more money for the holiday collection!

Oops!! It is nylon that was all over the place not phloof!!! I was totally thinking of phloof because that came out with Ungaro. I am starting to lose it!

Ok i am not sure if i am alloweed to post this here or not. I dont really want my manish arora palette yes i am crazy lol. But the colours dont look like they would suit me. So i decide i dont wanna go the ebay route and try and get double the money. I decide i am going to try and swap or sell it to someone. I only wanted the exact amount i paid. which is like $51 CAN so prob $44 or $45 us. Well everyone keeps writing me offering like crazy things dont wanna pay to ship it, give me $25 or wants to just pay $38US but i am pretty sure most people have to pay taxes. I thought i was being nice offering this to people who didnt get a chance to buy it online bc sold out so quickly. But i guess not lol... sorry guys i just have to vent i am a little annoyed. and if i posted something i am not suppose to say let me know thanks

I don't think it is unreasonable that you want to get what you have in it plus the amount to ship it. You're right people are paying double on ebay so you are offering a good deal for someone that missed out. Don't worry, you are being very fair.

I think people may be offering the $38 ammount because that's about what you'd have paid had you bought it in America. They probably don't want to factor in the currency exchange and such.
